3 DAYS TOUR FROM FES
Our 3 days tour from Fes and ends in Marrakech, passing through Swiss town (Ifrane), the largest forest in Morocco; Cedar forest if you are lucky to see the Barbary apes monkies. Free time for lunch in Midelt the capital of apples. Then acrossing high Atlas to desert passing by Arfoud if you want to visit workshop of fossils. Overnight in desert camp, next day you will start your journey from Merzouga to Ouarzazate passing by several places; Todra valley and Todra gorge. Rose city, then Skoura palm grove thousand Kasbah route. In the evening you will reach Ouarzazte overnight in Hotel near to the city center. Finally you will go head to Marrakech passing through the famous Kasbah in Morocco (AIT BEN HADDOU KASBAH) UNSCO world heritage site. In addition the beautiful panoramic views in high Atlas mountains. Berber villages in the middle of mountains. Finally you will reach Marrakech your driver will help you to find your riad or hotel, and then end of our 3 days tour from Fes.
Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Cedar forest – Erfoud – Merzouga.
At 8:00pm, we will pick up you from your accommodation. Leave Fes through the mountains, cedar forests in the middle Atlas Mountains, pass by Ifrane as the charming ski resort. And pass by Azrou as the most important handicraft center specialized in the work cedar wood. We arrive in Midelt where you will have the free time for lunch. Later, we will drive to Merzouga through Talghmt pass. Leading to the Ziz valley where we make stops on the high viewpoint, enjoy a magnificent view of the valley.
Then we continue our way to Erfoud which is famous for its fossilized marbles and fossils workshop. Towards the desert where you will have a camel trek into the beautiful Erg Chebbi dunes, you will see the sunset at the top of dunes sand you will spend the night in bivouac (nomadic camp). Really, there you will enjoy your dinner and sleep in traditional nomadic tent.
Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra gorges – Rose valley – Ouarzazate.
Wake up early morning for seeing sunrise and taking lovely picture, then we return by camels to the hotel for taking a shower and breakfast. Depart from Merzouga to Ouarzazate through the Berber villages in the Atlas mountains (Tinjdad, Tinghir…),you will have free time for lunch in Tinjdad or Tinghir. Then we continue our way to Todra gorges (rocks climbers destination) where you will have a short walk for taking the pictures and continue to Rose valley (capital of roses in Morocco) whose Festival roses is held here annually in May. Then we continue to Ouarzazate going through the big Skoura palm grove and finally we reach Ouarzazate where we will spend the night.
Day 3: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech.
After your breakfast, we start our last day to Marrakech through Tichka pass (2260 m ALT), you will visit Kasbah Taourirt in the center of Ouarzazate, and the cinema studios, and then we will drive to Kasbah Ait Benhaddou (the famous Kasbah in Morocco and UNICCO heritage since 1986) you will have its visit, and free time for lunch in the middle of high Atlas mountains. Then we continue our way to Marrakech through the high Atlas Mountains with far-reaching views through the mountains and traditional high Atlas Berber villages. Then we continue to accommodation in Marrakech. Here is the end of your tour service.
